For a classic car, duct tape seat belts. Less chance of being pulled over.
For the tuner car, fake in car fire extinguisher. I'm thinking maybe just some cheap plastic bubble thing with a sticker. Just enough for people to see the "fire extinguisher" through the back window.
Fake toggle switches. Just a bunch of stick on switches all over your dash. You could say it makes your car faster or turns on the Mr.Fisson or something.

Can anyone tell my why people put those stickers on of the people in their family? Can they not remember, or is it a sign to others to leave a hot spouse alone? Hey! Maybe it's so their imaginary friend can moon people while they're cruisin' down the "high"way? Maybe... wait! I've got it! These sun/moonroof appliques are no different than breast inplants... if you ain't got, you can't flaunt it, so buy 'em! ;o)
