Click to enlargeThis is the new, upcoming Skoda Fabia Estate. As of right now, that is all we can tell you, since the photo is all Skoda's released. More info is promised soon, and if we had to guess, it'll probably have the same drivetrain offerings as the
regular Fabia hatch, meaning four gasoline and three diesel engines, with the top ones (gasoline and diesel) pumping out 105 horsepower. Expect a Frankfurt debut for Skoda's new wagon.

Will these be available for North America anytime soon or just Europe?

Europe, China and India only. Maybe South Africa soon...

Maybe I'm wrong here, but doesn't "tease" imply that it wil be something desirable? ;)

This is excactly the point of the whole Skoda brand. Plain, fairly priced and reliable.
If this sounds boring it's not.
I've had many cars, cheap and expensive, you name it, but I have to say that the Skoda is the car that impressed me in the most positive way because of the things already mentioned.
One interesting thing is that the old Skoda Fabia seem to be a much better built car than the VW Polo even though they share the same underpinnings. Go figure...

If you really like the look, try a Kia Rondo.
