Will you be having the sweepstakes annually? Perhaps on the anniversary of the Autoblog Relaunch each year or is it just for this year?

Avinash,
We honestly don't know how often we'll be able run a sweeps of this magnitude (the amount of planning that went into this one is enormous), but it's certainly something we'd like to do again if given the opportunity.

Congrats to Greg. I hope he has the money to cover the sales tax which I am sure Autoblog isn't covering.

That comment reminds me of when Oprah gave away all of those Pontiacs. I heard people actually complain becasue they had to pay the sales tax. I cant believe people would complain about having to pay a couple of thousand dollers to recieve something that is valued at over $20,000. Idiiots! Idiots!, Idiots!!!

Congratulations Greg.
Darn, now I have to go back to buying lottery tickets.
I keep saying "How hard is it to pick 6 numbers?"

Congrats Greg I hope you can pay the taxes on that? Don't you just love having to pay for winning?

It's not the sales tax that kills you, its the income taxes on top of the sales tax. That $29,000+ gets taxed as income at a pretty hefty rate!

Well, I guess you should just refuse it then. duh!
Come on people, if you can't afford to pay the sales tax and income tax then you SELL IT! If you can do the math you will still be money ahead. If you can't figure that out then don't enter the friggin contest.

Congrats Greg! It's a cool car. I hope you enjoy it!
Yeah, really, complaining about paying sales tax after winning something like this is about as bad as biting the hand that feeds you. sheesh.
I wish I won. my old Focus is getting tired. LOL

Congrats to Greg.
And thanks to Dodge. I'll have to admit, I never would have paid attention to the Nitro before this. Previously, my wife was set on a Toyota Highlander, or maybe an RX350-whatever.
But after entering this contest, and seeing the much more aggressive styling of the Nitro, it's got our interest piqued. Now I'm noticing them around town, and I quite like them.
It'll be on our list of test drives when it's finally time to take the plunge and buy.

Well, since the drawing was botched and I didn't win, I think you should fire the company that handled the contest.

I entered this dam ass contest about twenty times and lost. I wish Dodge will have some consideration for senior citizens. By the time the next contest come around I might be too friging old to drive the shit anyway.

You people who make snarky comments like good luck paying the sales tax, I bet you would like to be in the position to have that problem, wouldn't you? Your envy is showing through. Congrats to the winner.
