First Fisker finds a home

It's been a while since we've heard from the Southern California coachbuilding firm headed by Henrik Fisker, and sharing the ex-Aston designer's last name. Thankfully, it's good news.
The first vehicle to come out of the design house was delivered to the Rodeo Drive Concours d'Elegance in Beverly Hills, California, and it's arguably the most desirable model Fisker "produces." The inaugural Latigo, based of the BMW 6-series, could've come with the 360 HP V8 found in the standard six, but the CS is built atop (around?) the M6, producing 648 HP from it's massaged V10 powerplant and able to reach 60 in a tic under four seconds.
Aside from the exterior and engine enhancements, the Latigo CS gets a custom interior, which adds to the exclusivity. That, and the $304,000 price tag.

That front end is beautiful. Makes that car look incredible.

I agree John, this car is HOTT!! V-10 with 648 h.p. this must be turbo-ed. Most mods i've seen on this engine only bring it up to 550-570 region. Now if i could only hit that damn powerball.

pds.
I don't think it's turbo. Take a look at the mods Racing Dynamics did for the M5:

Notice how the HP is exactly the same. It's possible Fisker made a deal with Racing Dynamics. I believe both are headquartered in Cali.

It's cool, like a cross between the Jaguar XK, BMW 6, BMW 3, and Aston Martin V-8 Vantage

Looks pretty.
Possibly too derivative of Aston, though.

The Side Doors, Mirrors, and Partial Roof is BMW 6-Series
The Hood seems Jaguarish
The bottom front bumper + half grill opening is Aston-ish, etc, etc but very very beautiful and super strong!

Both of Fisker's models (Latigo and the Tramonto (sp?)) are great looking rides. And if you're going to base your own cars on something, you can certainly do worse than the 6 series and the MBZ SL class. What's the Powerball jackpot up to?

There is a Fisker.... the one based on the SL.... on ebay right now. I do like these cars but holy crap is that alot of money for a SL or a 6 series.

Thats what the 6 series should have looked like! Much better looking than that ugly turd that BMW produces.

Can anyone please identify the wheels on that car?

Beautiful car, beautiful price tag. For 20% of that cost I could build a ZEEMAX Jaguar XKR and have the Aston look.

Unbeliveably beautiful.
The lines are so graceful and flowing.
This guy really knows how to design a car.

TOY OTA, hadn't seen that package before, thanks. Was referring to the Hartge and Kelleners packages.

No problem. Was thinking about sending my 6er to Racing Dynamics for the mods. If you look, Racing Dynamics bores the engine block giving greater displacement. Check out the rest of the website. They even have a V-12 6er with 655HP.
There's also g-power.de, they have a similar modification program as Racing Dynamics. Kinda cool stuff this mod community.

I think they're custom wheels, can't seem to find them anywhere else. Fisker was showing off new wheels at Rodeo Drive and saying how they fit Mercedes and BMWs so I think they're for sale
