We certainly will give out the prize. If you read the official sweepstakes rules, it will tell you that the winner will be chosen next Monday. That person has to be verified and then has to accept the prize. Mark my words, someone who entered will will this Nitro.
And to reiterate, you will not be spammed by anyone just for entering. You can opt-in to receive more info from Dodge, but that box is unchecked by default. You have to check it if you want to.

It will be a bright day for the lucky winner if this MSRP'd close to 30 grand nitro. 30 grand that will happily add to your income for the year. Hopefully the lucky winner will work a little bit of overtime to cover the added IRS pressure.
That or sell it, so you can pay the IRS.
