About one month ago I met a Smart on NC 209! This is really out in the boonies. To make it more interesting, this little car was flashing its lights like crazy. Sure enough about a mile down the road was an unmarked and manned state highway patrol car. I haven't yet bought a Smart and the car has already saved me a few bucks. What are the odds?
