HELP they are going to get us.. with something like 6000 speed cameras (on a small island ) and4 million cameras watching our every move, its getting a wee bit uncomfortable..
Frankly it has to end in tears, either the country goes to hell or the cameras get binned. This new camera will catch so many people, its possible to go in and out to work and by the end of the week, not knowing/realising you were exceeding a set speed limit loose your licence.
the law has changed, we used to get three points for speeding, now its 2, but you can earn 6 points at about 10 mph over the speed limit. With a limit of 12 points befor you kiss your licence goodbye , it can be as few as two mistakes.. hardly a hanging offence, but it seems enough to take your car and therefore your job away..
Irather think we may see a rerun of the boston tea party in a year or two's time..
In the meantime got any space over there for a few honest, job creating, brits , who's worst crime (it is criminal to speed) is just that a few mph ove the limit :)
