On land, Citroën is offering diesel and petrol minicars, there are Citroën car-sharing programs and you can get a converted dual-fuel Berlingo. To promote its line of C3 vehicles, Citroën has started a new advertising campaign that equates these fuel-sippers with dolphins. I suppose all the CG penguins were busy.

The 30-second commercial will be broadcast tomorrow for the first time. It was created by Citroën's advertising agency, Euro RSCG, and took two months of computer and on-location work.
