Daniel,
The Audi (I'm assuming that WWII one commissioned by Hitler) was withdrawn for a while because there was some problem with its questionable history. Can't quite remember the specifics, but they posted the reason for the delay here. Something along the lines of: it didn't win some race that it was supposed to have, so Christie's either didn't sell it at all, or it sold for way less than expected.
And on another note, pretty cool that he gave the Make-a-Wish-kid a ride in it.
