New Zealand is a beautiful country. I once spent about two months tramping around some of the Great Walks and staying on a sheep farm near Te Anu, and I like to remember my time there by keeping an eye out for cool green New Zealand stories. Today I caught a bit of news about biodiesel Kiwis who are turning leftover oil from some of the country's numerous fish and chips restaurants and making biofuel.
