Ethics. We all have to live by a certain code of ethics, some stricter than others. For some, choosing to purchase a hybrid over another car, or filling up with E85 instead of normal gas does the trick. For others, an electric car is the only sensible choice, no matter what sacrifices come with it. For some, though, nothing short of operating completely sustainably will suffice. Tom Mears is the president and CEO of The Holland, Inc., which runs the Burgerville USA restaurants. As a business, they are committed to "Fresh, Local, Sustainable" practices. This includes purchasing all of their electricity from wind farms and converting all of their waste oils into biodiesel. Check them out here.
