IS THAT RACING BLACK?
....OR SEXY BLACK?
....OR FUNERAL BLACK, TO GO WITH THE CHRYSLER LOSSES AND SALE RUMORS?
(maybe it is a Darth Vader Car -- to put in a reminder to the CAW Union workers that it is time to be more flexible in their voting.)

That would make a good "Mad Max" car, it just needs a Monza nose, dual spoilers and some side pipes. And the way things are going, maybe this time it really will be the last of the V8s.

Remember that movie from the 70's, "The Car", the one were that sinister black car terrorizes a desert town? Well, that challenger would be the perfect car if they ever decide to do a remake.

I don't care what anyone says, I still think the new Challenger will be the best muscle car in decades, as long as it doesn't end up too damn expensive like the Shelby GT 500. I guess it's just wishful thinking to hope dealers won't tack on a 20 grand "surcharge" to as many Challengers as they can.

Looks like MA MOPAR ain't lying down and givin up the fight! The more concepts there are, the more interesting the final product will be. The latest Challenger concept is living proof that the corporate directors listened to all the hate mail they recieved with the 4-door Charger fiasco.
Compared to the Charger, they have a good idea. Bring back old memories of the car you had in school, yet make it fun and enjoyable without all the hassels. Hemi engine, manual trans, diffrent graphics, unique stylings & 2-doors makes for alot of cool cars coming out. Don't bash it, might be our last chance at a modern performance mopar under the $35k mark.
I'll sell my 1968 Hemi Road Runner just to own that car and if they should ad a convertable option, I'll buy 2 of em so my family won't be tring to drive MY car all the time!
