Aussies make bid for Aston Martin

The Sunday Telegraph is reporting that Mr. James Packer, a multi-millionaire, media-mogul and financial wiz, is part of a consortium of Australian bidders vying to purchase the storied British marque.
It's been reported that Jac Nasser, former chief executive of Ford, didn't make the cut, so a select few have been left in the running. We know that the sale of Aston Martin has been the topic of considerable speculation, however, no information is available about who else is left in the bidding process.
Thanks for the tip Threeze!

The story from Automotive News said that Jaguar was NOT for sale, and the Aston Martin IS. Show me a credible source that says that AM isn't for sale. Your comment is especially bizarre as Ford has sent out a press release claiming they're searching for "strategic options."
Also, check the title.
