They have been running ads in Grassroots Motorsports for months on end now. If you call up they quiz you on how much experience you have with carbon fibre and other things of a sports car nature, then if you know nothing they don't want to pick you up. If you do .. you get $10 - $11 to basically be a production line monkey.
I guess it would look good on a resume if that's the specialty you are heading towards, and anyone in the area that might be a mechanic could pick it up as a P/T position, but it's not as glamorous as it sounds.
