VIDEO: 14-year old crashes Dad's GT500
You've seen a multitude of crashes while visiting our humble site, but this one is different. The sinking feeling in your stomach will be multiplied ten fold-over the course of the minute and a half it takes to watch this clip. Afterwards, if you're like us, you may want to have a stiff drink and try to forget about what you've just seen. We're trying to right now.
(BTW - As dreadful as this clip is, there are rumors circulating that it may be a fake. We're not convinced, but a few things seem odd, which we'll let you speculate on in the comments.)

Thats not a GT500, its a standard GT converted to "Eleanor" livery.

If you had footage of the wreck, why not show it.
Car did not look damaged at the end.
This looks as fake as the Blair Witch project, probably just another viral video advertisement made by Ford.

^^^ car enthusiasts who dont want messy, non caring dealer people messing with their 50k dollar car. especially at a ford dealer. (i know, i work at a dodge dealer.) if i bought the viper sitting in our showroom, i would never have them clean it up for me, (especially since i know the guys who would do it

yall do know cervini's does custom mustangs right? like turnkey elenors? yeah, the call them the c300, c350 and the c500. the c500 has 500hp. well, looks like the car suffered only minor damage.

What's fake about it? Other than the few people that scream "FAKE!" every time the sun rises or sets, I haven't seen anything actually pointed out that's fake.
Pretty cut and dried to me. Idiot kid gets cunning plan to start Dad's new car, has no idea how a clutch works, and drives through the garage.

Good thing it was a cheap garage wall. Must be one hell of a front fascia to knock out a garage wall with only that little damage. His daddy can afford it. Ah, a lesson in boundaries for the little spoiled brat.

i call fake too. i think the 2X4s in the wall would have torn the crap out of the plastic front end. if it was real, they'd also show the damage to mock the kid to the appropriate degree. i mean, if someone's door opened at 2 miles an hour can do the damage it does, then 10-15 through a wall should do more. there was also not much of a smash or crash for him going into a wall. plus you can't even see the brakelights after the "accident", so the garage must be like 40' deep!

obviously not a real GT500, just a GT with some body mods. the hood for the gt500 doesn't have that big a bulge in it, the rear windows are in fact windows on the GT500 and not scoops. also the gas mileage shown on the window sticker is not correct for a GT500 which gets 21 highway not 25.
