I'm originally from the city of Knoxville, TN where Alcoa keeps it's main manufacturing facility (on the outskirts of Knoxville, an area called Maryville) and imagining them making the decision to do this, as smart as I'm sure it is, just gives me a good laugh. There is an Alcoa Aluminum Foil plant two blocks from a buddies place on the south side of the river in Richmond, VA.
