That is a really expensive really small plane, not a car. It isn't even as functional as either a plane or a car.
That is not the car or plane of tomorrow so what's the point?
The problem with this thing is that 4 million can be much better spent as you guys have plainly indicated.
If you want a private aircraft they can be had for far less then $4 million and will be much more versatile then that thing which can't even carry much.
