Hyundai FD/Arnejs concept

The battle for the hearts and pocketbooks of European C-segment buyers will gain another warrior when the Hyundai's FD/Arnejs concept debuts in Paris. Based off the Kia C'eed 5-door shown in August, the new Hyundai is attempting to out-class and under-cut the stalwarts of mid-grade euro-transport. The Opel Astra, Renault Megane and Volkswagen Golf are the Arnejas targets and hopefully, for Hyundai, they've brought the required comfort and small entry fee to battle in such a competitive segment.

What is it with new cars and that stupid looking C pillar. I think every manufacturer has at least one car in their line up using that cut line. Can't they show a bit of originality?

the sketch looks good, but sketches always do.
well, we'll see whether it' ll be as good when it ocmes in production form.
the cee'd might have been a good-looking concept, but the production version is inoffensive. admittedly, kia's design is improving, but it's far from the best, and still is plain (rather than it's weird and ugly creations before). maybe kia is the ne toyota in design?

Yeah, and that c-pilar look started with the Murano a few years back, it's time to re-thing originally.
but this Hyundai does look good as shown in that drawing
wish they would also bring it to the US.

that looks like a less-awesome version of the Audi Shooting Brake Concept, which is to say it looks nice, but not very original at this point.
