The question "did he have to walk in front of the camera to blow it up?" is certainly an interesting one. Though we could also ask "did he walk in front of the camera when it snapped another picture of a speeder and getting him by accient or are these things always-on?" Knowing the CCTV happy brits I would wager a pint on the latter.
