I can't believe I've just read that. First off, can you imagine the indignant opprobrium any French Autoblogger would attract if he made such a statement about US goods? Secondly, why on earth would the fact that the French sometimes take a different view of how to achive broadly the same aims as the US lead you to boycott French goods? Do you boycott Le Mans and the French Grand Prix too?
It's up to you if you want to boycott French goods of course, but given that the Germans are politically so close to the French, that's Audi, Daimler-Chrysler, BMW and Porsche off your list too. Wait a minute, Italy and the UK are in that dastardly EU with France too.
