For the last 11 years, Jaguar's problems have been more about the reputation than the car. Remember, when the industry types talk about legacy costs, that can include a horrible reputation.

Now the styling on some of the new Jags, the new 2007 XK, which is a nice package, (sans the '97 Ford Taurus SHO lower facia) delivered an impressive review from C/D. No, that was Ian Callum's contribution. Last year's Super V8 Portfolio (which is the same car, except that was a long wheelbase and wood trim) had the same power vent and in person it looked great.
