Manuals have nothing to do with the design of the car... nag screens are dictated by lawyers in suits, not engineers. Basically, 1/2 of his major peeeves had nothing to do with the designers themselves - sounds like Howard should go back to journalism school and leave the "driving archaic cars with MANUAL transmissions" for us knuckle-dragging commonfolk.
