Just as an FYI, Sirius is coming out with a "brain" that will allow GM's XM receivers to be converted to Sirius, so you don't have to go with an aftermarket system. Supposedly it'll be out by the end of the summer and cost in the $100 range. Also XM and Sirius have launched a joint venture that will produce radios which can decode both streams.
It looks like which type of Satellite Radio your car comes with will be less of a big deal in the future
