David Hasselhoff wants you to jump in his car
What more could David Hasselhoff do to sully our fond memories of Michael Knight and K.I.T.T. fighting crime and protecting the innocent besides producing BayWatch and his current stint as an expert judge of talent on America's Got Talent? How about using a right-hand drive K.I.T.T. in a music video for a remake of the song 'Jump in my car' by the Ted Mulry Gang?
This has got to be the creepiest thing we've ever witnessed. It's not safe for work, it's not safe for home and watching it will scar your retinas. There is no cure. We could make jokes about the Hoff chasing skirts or the jiggle of his subtle man boobs as he attempts to dance, but the music video speaks for itself. America may have talent, but David Hasselhoff does not based on this video.

Wow... How can you respond to that? Words like awkward, creepy, uncomfortable, disturbing, and low-budget all come to mind, but none really capture how bad that was. It looks like they made it in Windows Movie Maker.
If you want everyone to leave your party, just play this video and people will start to head for the door.

Ah, 54. I was close.
Creepy. He's hitting on his grand daughters.

I'll preface this with the fact that I really appreciate and own a lot of German product. I also have more than a few German native friends.
Anytime the FDR folks get a bit too uppity about our generally lousy domestic cars, crummy roads and often insipid architechture - I remind them of one simple fact.
David Hasselhoff "singing" was a very profitable gig in Germany for a number of years. Fortunately, when confronted with this tidbit, most Germans are embarrassed. At least enough not to retort with US concert attendance numbers for Michael Bolton, Yanni, John Tesh and Celine Dion.
Then we all laugh hard and have another drink.

as in 50 cents words "bitch get in". Im sorry, that just came to mind. Amazing. But wasnt a nightrider somebody during the slave era who went around looking for escaped slaves during the night?

I'd rather listen to David "Don't Hassle the" Hoff than John Tesh any day. One big important distinction between the two.
-- David knows the kitsch value of his music and readily embraces it.
-- John Tesh actually thinks his tsunami of cheese sounds good.

Yet another reason that the car was the real star of Knight Rider. K.I.T.T. made that man a star (to some) and the Hoff dropped him like a rock.
Wasn't the voice of the car a bigger star than he was? I forget the dudes name.
