#2, the extra second may be as a result of the driver (time for the driver to see and process that he is at 100mph and get on the brake). It may also be the two fastest recorded times, however, they may not have happened in the same run.
Regardless, any car/bike that can do this in under 15 seconds is stupid fast regardless of price.
