Lee Scott outlined other plans like working with companies to increase truck efficiency from average of 6.5 mpg to 13 mpg and add more than a 100 more hybrid vehicles to its fleet. Non-automotive policies include increased used of biodegradable packaging and the purchase of more organic products like 100 percent cotton shirts.
