I don't think that they will get 330 hp and 520 pound feet of torque out of a 4.4 liters. It is possible, but they would have to cut down the hp to 300 or lower. Audi has a 4.2 liter diesel with 325 hp but only 479 pound feet of torque. BTW, if it was available here in the USA in the A8, like it is in Europe, it would probably get something like 21 city and 28 highway, not bad for a large sedan.
