The Car Connection's deep pockets have again paid for a couple good spy shots, this time of the next generation Audi A8 due out at the end of 2009. Reportedly three inches longer than the current A8, the next gen model will feature V12 diesel and V10 gas powerplants. The next A8 needs to be at the top of its game since it will meet the next gen BMW 7-Series and all-new Porsche Panamera right outta the gate.
Here we have a pic of TCC's rendering of the next A8, because it's a lot better looking than the mule running around Germany wearing current A8 sheetmetal.

      Where is Yugo's, Lada's or Isuzu's offering?

Why do I even want to know?

The V10 TDI is an AMAZING engine, tremendous power at any speed when you put your foot down.

I had the luxury of driving one down the Autobahn. Phaeton V10. My God, what a car.

3 inches longer? Geez. One thing I like about the current generation car is that the SWB model has great proportions. The car doesn't need to get any longer, particulary if it's going to remain a 'drivers' car.
