Autoblog sibling Luxist reports that billionaire Steve Wynn is considering opening a hotel based on the exotic car brand as part of his Wynn Macau resort project in Asia. Wynn reportedly has already spoken with Ferrari chairman Luca Cordero di Montezemolo about such a possibility. Wynn's hotel, Wynn Las Vegas (pictured) already holds a Ferrari dealership. Personally, we're hoping Ferrari (which recently opened a driving school in Canada) will consider a second one below the 29th Parallel.

I think this is a mistake from Ferraris point of view. All they have is their brand known for cars of the highest performance and an unmatched racing history. How does some casino fit into this idea? Lamborghini maybe but I don't see the connection with Ferrari.

seems like ferrari has a lot of confidence in Wynn's ability to maintain a strong luxury brand. risky by ferrari, but could certainly pay off?
