Scott Speed: Formula 1 driver, computer geek?

The development of Scott Speed, The Brand, continues apace with the announcement that America's first Formula 1 driver in decades has partnered with VoodooPC, makers of ultra-fast PCs, to introduce Scott Speed Editions of Voodoo's ENVY laptop (shown above) and the company's OMEN desktop.
Coveted by gamers everywhere, the top of the line OMEN desktop is billed as "the world's most insane personal computer," and sports a system-wide liquid cooling system. Just like Scott's F1 ride, his PCs are not for the weak of wallet - OMEN models start at $5,100.

I wouldnt say he is the first American driver in F1 in decades. Michael Andretti raced in 1993, so it has been a decade and a half. :)

LOL. Perfect! I can see the relationship here.
They are both overrated, overhyped and overpriced.

Right! He better start winning races or placing on podium. My guess is, we're probbaly looking at another Jensen or Sato.

Let's hope he's not a total Jenson (and never a Sato). I hope Scott has the speed (NPI) of Button, but I also hope he isn't winless in his first 100 GP's like Jenson.
Sato is too inconsistent for my tastes.

At least we know Jensen is fast. Pity his car or his team always seem to let him down.
