PC Mag's Digital Driver Awards

You’re ready to buy your next car. You’re not a regular Joe or Jane Schmoe, for whom a car’s just transportation. Nor are you a gearhead, where one tenth of a second counts when measuring zero to 60 acceleration times. No, you’re a technogeek, and you want the latest and greatest toys offered by the silicon (chip) gods.
PC Magazine, one of computerdom's greatest bibles, has announced its top ten picks for the ‘Digital Drive Awards’, the most technologically advanced cars currently available. In alphabetic order, they are:
- Acura RL
- Acura TL
- Audi A6 4.2
- BMW 3 Series
- Buick Terraza
- Cadillac STS
- Honda Civic Hybrid
- Infiniti M45 (pictured)
- Mercedes-Benz S550
- Toyota Prius

What's with the fat/ugly chick on the left? Are fat chicks good at selling cars to some segment of the population I don't know about?

Honda on the list 3 times. HOnda is a very technology advance company. They have so much more over in Japan. I wish they would bring over mroe of that tech here.
Note: Lexus LS600hl isn't available to consumers yet. Thats why it wasn't eligible.

#3, you're the one who noticed her. I guess she's effective on your segment of the population.

Considering how unreliable my computer is, (like all computers) that list reads like a do not buy list to me.
Please give me a cool car with as little compuyter interaction as possible. I appreciate electronic ignition and such, but don't want to have to one day re-boot my car.

Well said Bob. Personally, in-dash OEM nav systems are a waste of engineering and a couple grand on the sticker price. I think a lot of people just pay to say that have in-dash navigation, that they never learn how to use or have no use for them because they only drive back and forth to work every day.

Haha => I went to the pricing site on MSN for Buick Terraza CXL FWD. The PhatNoise Digital Media Player with 40-gb removable hard drive option has an error when you select it...a popup window that says: These changes will increase the retail price of the vehicle by $10,000,695...do you wish to continue? High tech at a high price?
