The reason why you should appreciate such a vehicle because it is a work of art.
Who ever said art has to be a sculpture or some painting that hangs on the wall?
This is the best type of art, one thats mobile, and can easily wheeled about to show off its beauty, style, and sense of awe and amazement.
I would much rather own this piece of art verses some stupid painting that will merely hang on the wall with no other purpose than sitting stagnant while the world continues to spin on...
