Wasting more time watching R/C drift cars
We
thank you all for suffering through this author's short infatuation with watching videos of hardtop convertibles in
action. Although I've finally moved on from that time waster... but thanks to many tipsters, there's a new
addiction to battle: R/C drift car videos. Admittedly, I’m a strange bird, but suddenly I need these clips like I
need more cow bell.As such, we've sifted through a lot of links and found this gem that was dug up by an Autoblog reader named John. It’s 14 minutes long, (almost) professionally produced and features a great soundtrack. Better still? It takes place inside a service garage.

Hey autoblog, whats happening? Yeah, so were gonna need you to go ahead and stop posting about R/C drift cars.
Oh, and one more thing....R/C cars arent considered "Automotive" news so if you could go ahead and make that change thatd be great, thanks.
Otherwise we're gonna need to go ahead and move you downstairs into storage B. We have some new people coming in that dont write about R/C cars, and we need all the space we can get. So if you could go ahead and pack up your stuff and move it down there, that would be terrific, OK?

I think this is pretty cool. Any motorhead would.
Just try not to be a douche bag about your opinions people.

BB, totally agree. Gear heads like cars regardless of what size they are. Don't we all remember Matchbox cars when we were kids? Also, go ahead and tool around with an XMod/MiniZ/MicroRS4. At then end of the day you learn more about "real" cars than you would expect.

I totally agree, BB. Gearheads dig these kinds of things. And John, I need more cow bell!

I've been into r/c cars for roughly 13 years now, so i'm a huge fan and love to see stuff like this but i have to admitt that this is getting stale. Rather than more drifters how about large scale f1 cars, or highly detailed r/c rock crawlers, or a jet powered r/c dragster? There's tons of this stuff out there that is much more interesting than another drifter video.
