And the winner in the category of "Incredibly Opportune Times to Retire" is...

Dana chief financial officer, Robert Richter!

It would be incredibly easy to link this to the company's recent bankruptcy filing, but c'mon... the man had been with the company for 26 years, and has probably been planning his departure for months, right? We're not exactly sure what happened, though -- Dana's statement that it hasn't found Richter's replacement would indicate that somebody didn't get the memo.
