Take a look at the back of the firepower and the front of a saturn sky. This concept looks similar to both those cars. There are ways to design around it (for instance, have a cloth rain guard come out of the roof in full open position) but it is likely a moot point, as doors like these are certainly reserved for conepts. I'd imagine - if launched - we'll see a similarly styled 2 seater with regular doors, and some strenthened super-thin a-pillars.

If you mean appearance, look up a few cars. From the side, the rear is reminiscent of the 1994-2002 900/9-3. The whole car has a very similar shape to the 70s Saab Sonett III, and the front three hole grille is very characteristically Saab. The rest are mostly future design elements. It would get boring if cars always looked the same.
