Thanks to a settlement in New Jersey, residents of the state who own Nissans with xenon headlights could be in for a little money.

The state sued Nissan approximately two years ago, stating that the company knew but failed to inform its customers that xenon headlights, available on vehicles produced by the company, are popular with thieves. The $325,000 given to the Consumer Affairs Department as part of the settlement, will go toward legal fees and to reimburse consumers, Nissan says.
