Audi and KTM working on top-secret car
Audi may get a
special hybrid -- a motorcycle and car hybrid, that is. Audi and motorcycle company KTM are reportedly working on a
secret car, according to the Austrian publication Kleine Zeitung. The vehicle is
said to be a "puristic roadster" based on the Lotus Super Seven, and we may see a concept at Bologna in
2006. Like the Volkswagen CX3 concept launched in Los Angeles
last week, the vehicle is supposed to have the characteristics of a motorcycle, but this one might receive an Audi
4-cylinder and cost around 35,000 Euros.
The Ariel Atom, another vehicle that has the heart and soul of a motorcycle in four-wheel form, makes the prospect of a VW/Audi version rather exciting.

Super idea. They should call it the 'ATM'. I heard Germans are good at that.
