I'm guessing the power output of the V8 would be atleast 350hp maybe even closer to 400hp. Otherwise there would be little reason to fit that over the new 3.5l V6. Also, if Lexus wants an M3 fighter (which is all but confirmed to have a ~400hp V8), they're gonna need atleast 350hp. They're also going to need to create a competition -mode VDM, offer either a manual tranny option or sequential, and bring back the LSD from the prior-gen IS.
