World Premiere: Fiat Panda "Monster"

Showing alongside the new Fiat Panda Cross at the Bologna Motor Show is the special edition Panda Monster. Obviously not named after its enormous dimensions or fearsome presence, the car is in fact named after Ducati's "Monster" motorcycle.

Ducati Monster 620 250 pr photoLaunched in the 1990's, Ducati's Monster is the original "naked" motorcycle, and a genuine cult classic. To commemorate the famous bike's original 620cc displacement, the Panda Monster will be built in a limited edition of 620 units, all in the black color scheme of the classic bike.

Fiat's Monster receives the complete black-out treatment - paint, mouldings, trim, roof rack, etc. Black leather upholstery adorns the interior.

The Monster Panda 4x4 is powered by Fiat's 70 hp 1.3-liter turbodiesel, good for 0-100 kph in a pavement-ripping 18 seconds (somewhat slower than the bike).
