Want to own the first 2007 Ford Shelby GT500 Coupe?
The Barrett-Jackson auction folks can make it happen for you! Ford
will auction the right to purchase the first 2007 Ford Shelby GT500 coupe available to the public during the 35th
annual Barrett-Jackson auction in January 2006. Carroll Shelby is scheduled to greet the winning bidder of the auction,
and proceeds from the no-reserve sale will go to the Carroll Shelby
Children's Foundation.
Shelby's foundation was created in 1991 to provide assistance for acute coronary and kidney care for young people.
Shelby is the oldest and longest living double organ recipient, receiving a heart in 1990 and a kidney from his son
Mike in 1996.
A great car, and a great cause. And you'll go nation-wide on SPEED Channel!

LOL...I agree! Give it to me and I'll show you how much I appreciate it.
In any event, the current Mustang model is the nicest Ford car built in a generation.

Do you think Ford will ever settle down, and stop changing the look of there vehicles every year! Hello, where are the retro sport driving lights the Shelby's had? Always short of a real winner. When will Ford HIRE some car designers who are true Visionaries, and kick to the curb the asians, women, alternate life style folk.

I have been looking and looking for information about a new Shelby Licensee call Wilhelm Motor Works that has talked about selling with Carroll at Barrett Jackson. I saw them at the Route 66 Rendezvous in San Bernadino in September. I met these guys before when they had started the GT500E with Unique Performance. Does anyone know anything baout these guys>? Their website says under construction. The auction is coming up! Let me know. firsttobecool@hotmail.com
