Suzuki will debut two more concepts at SEMA
In addition to the "Blizzard" Grand Vitara and the "Sea" Forenza Wagon
introduced at the California International Auto Show,
Suzuki will be broadening its line of "Suzuki LIVE Series" vehicles with the "Wave" and "Dune" Grand Vitaras at
this year's SEMA Show.
The Wave Grand Vitara is a convertible SUV concept aimed at the watersports crowd. Its 3,000-lb. towing capacity
is good for a boat or jet-ski and the tailgate features a rear-facing video camera to aid in trailer hook ups. The
concept also includes a tailgate-friendly removable, wheeled barbecue and food cooler. After SEMA the Wave concept
will kick off a 12-market college football and NFL tailgate tour in conjunction with the American Tailgating
Association and Sports Illustrated.
The Dune Grand Vitara looks like a 5-seat, fully-enclosed ATV with its 26-inches of ground clearance, huge fender
flares and exposed muffler. It also features rear off-road gear storage and a mobile garage work station for
last-minute adjustments of your ATV. The Dune will be hitting the normal auto show circuit after its stint at the
SEMA show.

One question. Will the barbecue attachment be LP gas, or electric? I like the one i have seen for mini vans, that has an enclosable tent that attaches to the rear of the vehicle allowing you to tailgate even in the rain.
