The American Le Mans Series serves up its showcase event, Petit Le Mans, this weekend. The 10-hour/1000 mile tour of Road Atlanta is again covered live on SPEED channel, starting at 11 a.m. Saturday. The regular ALMS field combines with a lot of European entries hoping to snag the automatic 2006 Le Mans entry awarded to each class winner. Expect good battles between the Audi R-8s and the Zytek, as well as the Aston Martins and Corvettes.
