Take a proven and popular platform, improve it for performance, increase the interior space, and put Audi's legendary interior design inside, and you will have the Q7. This is a very desireable package. They had several on hand, and the Black one behind the glass is clearly my favorite. The Q7 should be a hit for Audi, and we look forward to some time behind the wheel. Look for more Frankfurt coverage tomorrow as well. There is a lot to see and do, and even more to blog about!

What's up (NPI) with that rear hatch? Seems impractical. And those guages? Like clown eyes. Too much plastic inside for an Audi, but it looks quite spacious. Could probably fit an A3 back there.

he's right though i live in the ny suburbs and in a few months it will seem like these have been out forever. they LOVE the allroad in my town just wait for this.. whoopie! when is the new volvo coming out?

X5. The Allroad is more inline as "competition" with the FX35.
I still really really want the new C7 Allroad to debut though, the Q7 is an a 'murican SUV competitor, I want something that is roughly as big, handles well and can still be driven in N.E. winters.
