Last week, we reported Chrysler sales in August was pretty much flat, but it didn't take long for Chrysler's PR folks to point out the positive story in August – a new record of 9,024 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Vehicles were sold compared to last August's 7,589, a 19% lift. Specifically, Chrysler brand saw the biggest increase of 27% to 2,920 units, while Dodge improved 18% to 4,171 and Jeep with 9% growth to 1,933 units.
