Much is known about this new Lotus 2+2 coupe that will slot between the Elise and Exige when it debuts at the Geneva Motor Show next spring. Currently it's referred to as the GT, but insiders suspect it will be named either Elite or Excel, the latter in honor of Hyundai's now-discontinued automobile of the same name, of course. The styling is more mature than the boy racer Elise and the car is said to be bigger, faster and more comfortable than its baby bro'. Powerplants will be supplied by Toyota in the form of either the 3.0L V6 from the RX300 or the 3.5L V6 from the new IS350. Though yet to be announced, pricing is supposedly already pegged at around $70,000.
