A recent report reveals that hybrids had their second-best U.S. sales month ever in June with 19,223 units sold, with half of those, or 9,622 units, being the Toyota Prius. The first half of 2005 saw 92,558 hybrids being driven off of dealer lots with almost 80% of those wearing a Toyota badge. Honda sold 3,001 hybrids and Ford managed a meager 1,126.
