Happy 50th birthday Porsche Club of America! We just got them a nice b-day card, but Porsche one-upped us again by announcing it will be producing 50 copies of a special 911 Club Coupe that has a smattering of exterior and interior enhancements as well as the X51 Powerkit that boosts power of the 3.8L flat-six from 355 to 381 horsepower, making it the most powerful non-turbocharged engine Porsche has offered in North America. Forty-eight cars are reserved for PCA members in North America and interested parties can register to purchase the vehicle through a special website up until August 15th. If the lot hasn't been sold by then, the remaining cars will be made available to the general public. One car will also be randomly given away to a PCA member who will instantly be hated by all his friends.
