I was in Detroit last year for two weeks. It's really sad how the entire downtown area is completely in ruins. There are so very many building there with real history. It would be a spectacular place with just a little investment from a few companies. The land is cheap and if the city council would pull their heads out for a second, I'm sure there would be generous tax breaks. It's sad that Detroit is losing a little more of it's history while they let the entire city just fall apart.
