Hybrid mania continues with speculation that this Lexus LS could be a high performance hybrid version caught being tested in Germany. Though it looks like the current production model, this vehicle exhibits subtle exterior mods including fender extensions for larger wheels/tires and modifications made on either side of the grille that hint at a lot more performance than an average LS. If it weren't for the two puny tailpipes popping out the back, one might be inclined to consider this an all-petrol performer. Considering Toyota's recent onslaught of available and upcoming hybrid models (#1, #2), however, it seems more likely that this LS is packing a pair of powerplants that will work together to post impressive numbers.
