AutoWeek has posted some spy shots of the upcoming Jeep Compass crossover. Nothing else new is really mentioned; the Compass will still share a platform with the Dodge Caliber. What is interesting news is AutoWeek's estimated price for the new Chrysler products (only Chrysler cars are called "products"). AutoWeek talks about a sub-to-high $20,000 price tag. If this range is going to replace the Neon, we would hope the starting price would be lower. $16,000 is probably a reasonable number when you consider inflation and the equipment level the new cars will have. We also wonder if these new cars make it more difficult to introduce a midsize offering.
